Salt Mind™ Halotherapy

Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a cleansing therapy that involves breathing in air with micro salt particles. This practice leverages the natural benefits of salt, which include its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and immunity-boosting properties. By breathing in these particles, individuals can potentially enhance their overall well-being. We have 18,383 pounds of pure Himalayan Pink Salt in our Salt Mind™ Salt Room - which is 6,240 cubic feet of salty goodness! Pink Himalayan salt, also known as Himalayan salt, is a type of salt mined in Pakistan. Research suggests it contains up to 84 trace minerals. These minerals include calcium, potassium, iron, and magnesium, and are responsible for the salt's characteristic pink color. The salt is harvested by hand from the Khewra Salt Mine in the Punjab region of Pakistan and is minimally processed.

Salt therapy may provide a range of benefits, including:

Mental Health

The negatively charged ions in salt can help relieve stress and anxiety by inducing the brain to secrete serotonin – which is considered a natural mood stabilizer.

respriatory

Respiratory Health

Breathing in salt particles can help clear mucus from the airways, reduce inflammation, and improve lung capacity.

detox

Detoxification

Salt minerals can help the body excrete toxins and remove fat cells, which can ease blood flow and reduce stretched skin cells.
