Balance: Yin Yoga/Yang Lifestyle

$29.00This Yin Yoga class is designed to balance out our very “yang” lifestyles by slowing the breath, body, and most importantly, our minds, down. We will set a soft breathing pattern in the beginning of class and with a little bit of effort, maintain that breath pattern throughout the entire class. Gentle poses will be held for 3-5 minutes to stimulate the connective tissues in the body. I.E. our joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. This practice will lead you to create a newfound space within your body while learning to see yourself in your own true nature. The use of props, such as bolsters, blocks, and straps, will allow you to stop at the edge of your resistance. Yin yoga can decrease tension while improving flexibility and increase mindfulness while easing your spirit. This class is suitable for all levels – and our Salt Mind Halogenerator will infuse the room with vaporized medical-grade salt, while you experience soothing lighting and a tranquil soundscape.
