Stirred by a deep-rooted desire for healing, these practices have profoundly impacted my capacity to navigate life with more integrity, harmony and vitality. Now, I share them with you.
Rarely do I call myself a yoga teacher when it comes to the physical practice — but you might say it looks like yoga. And, most of it is, minus the asana part.
What I know to be true is that an isolated, traditional yoga practice left my physical body weak, imbalanced and in pain. Modern living demands we pay attention to the strength of our structures for optimal health.
My style is non-traditional with a focus on breath mechanics, somatics, dynamic, functional & primal movement, nervous system education, emotional resiliency and strength.
