Olivia Testa

Olivia is a holistic psychotherapist offering a compassionate, energetic and somatic approach to healing and wellbeing. Olivia is drawn to alternative approaches to wellbeing and loves learning new ways to uplift others. She is passionate in her pursuit to support others in cultivating skills to support themselves and practice finding answers within. She is a reiki master/teacher and registered yoga teacher and applies the mind, body, spirit approach to her work. Olivia brings a nurturing, grounded energy to all that she does so you can expect classes with her to be supportive, warm and restorative. She will be offering energy work, meditation, and breathwork at the Salt Mind.
