Services Refund Policy

  1. Unfulfilled Services:
    • If your scheduled service was not rendered due to unforeseen circumstances or a scheduling error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  2. Dissatisfaction with Services:
    • If you are not satisfied with the quality of service received, please notify our staff before leaving the spa. We will make every effort to rectify the situation immediately. If a resolution cannot be achieved, you may request a full or partial refund based on the nature of the complaint.
  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
    • 48 Hours Notice: To receive a full refund for any service, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
    • 24-48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
    • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. However, we may consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you believe you have a special circumstance that warrants a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact our management team. We will review your request and do our best to accommodate your needs.
